So, I recommend not downloading this game if you have lower then that, or if you have the same of EVERYTHING that I just listed right there.

This game does work

So after the whole process is done, just go into the extracted GTA folder, and then play the game, it even includes cheat codes, and a trainer.

I recommend using a joystick.
